Beta- Meta-regression on single-arm proportions (and pre-post outcomes): slope, R² and a back-transformed bubble plot, on the Templates diagnostics card.
- GRADE & risk-of-bias upgrades: MID-anchored imprecision, named risk-of-bias domains (ROBINS-I / RoB 2 / QUADAS-2), a one-click robustness battery, and a subgroup-credibility checklist.
- New effect-size converters: paired pre-post change-SD (from a correlation), Snellen → logMAR, and an indirect comparison of two pooled single-arm rates.
- Plot studio: per-study forest styling, theme presets, and an optional standalone ggplot2 / metafor code emitter.

- Network meta-analysis (netmeta): network plot, league table, P-scores, net-split.
- Reproducibility bundle: runnable analysis.R + data + sessionInfo() + renv.lock.
- GRADE summary-of-findings row populated from the live analysis.
- Real-world data robustness: combine grain guard, multi-arm handling, biological-range and consistency checks.
